Guest rooms in B&B Artichaud
Artichaud is an ecological 3 star bed and breakfast, marrying the charm of a beautiful old farm to modern comfort, a swimming pool (all day in the sun), terrace, courtyard, a lovely garden, WiFi… From the garden, you can admire views on the bastide of Castelnau-de-Montmiral and the nearby the Grésigne forest, a 2000 ha oak forest,the largest in the south-west of France.
The kitchen is the heart of our guesthouse, adjoining spacious living room including a library with English books and a woodstove for the colder season. The three spacious guest rooms are situated on the first floor. "Masereel" and "Alechinsky" are both double rooms, "Métaphore" is a suite. The guest rooms are equipped with antique furniture (the beds however are new) and decorated with lithographies of reknown belgian masters. All guest rooms have view on the garden and the swimming pool.
We serve delicious meals: good, clean and fair. Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the dining room, depending on the weather: freshly squeezed orange juice, organic bread baked by our neighbour, home-made jams and yoghourt, cheese... Our gourmet dinners are available upon reservation only.
Please don't smoke inside the house. No pets allowed.
