Guests may have dinner with us – upon reservation only. Our table d'hôtes consist of a starter, a main course, cheese and dessert, and includes apéritif, water and Gaillac wine.
The table d'hôtes is a marvelous opportunity to meet the other guests, and to discover the regional cuisine of the south-west. On thursday and friday evenings the kitchen takes a break; however, we might suggest you one of the restaurants in the neigbourhood.
Lilianes cookery is based on fresh local and seasonal ingredients, mostly from our vegetable garden or from organic farms in the neigbourhood. She serves local dishes with a Mediterranean touch, using a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. Delicious! A vegetarian menu can be provided upon request.
